Section 32
Notice Of Purchase Money Security Interest
If a person files a notice with respect to a purchase money security interest in goods before or within five days after the security giver receives delivery of the goods, such security
interest shall have priority over the rights in the goods of a buyer, lessee or lien holder which arise between the time when the security interest is attached and the time when the notice is filed.
